Falconstor Data Protection and Recovery Solutions for VMware

Server Consolidation, with the rise of server virtualization, is creating new challenges for existing backup processes.  Continuous Data Protection (CDP) is the next generation of backup, allowing for much faster backup and restores, and thus helping shrink RPO and RTO.  But backup alone is not enough, as a site disaster can strike at anytime.  Instead of shipping tapes to a remote site, WAN replication solutions offer much more security, flexibility, and control.  VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) leverages SAN array WAN replication technologies to offer a powerful DR strategy.  Only FalconStor CDP offers an all-in-one solution which helps protect virtual machines and their applications with 100% transactional consistency, while also integrating with VMware SRM and enabling “any storage to any other storage” bandwidth-optimized WAN replication.
